Any data exchange with our customers takes place exclusively via email and is only used to process a consultation.
Once the consultation has been completed, all exchanged data (emails) will be deleted.
At no time customer data will be passed on to third parties. We handle all data exchange with the greatest discretion
and the highest professionalism.

Procedure
We only use legal methods to obtain information about an IT infrastructure. We don't use scanners or similar software
to look for vulnerabilities. We obtain our knowledge exclusively through legal resources that are publicly available to
everyone and provided by third parties.
This includes specialized search engines whose content is public, but requires expert knowledge to evaluate the
results professionally. We strictly adhere to all legal requirements and never attempt to penetrate any IT infrastructure,
gain access to data or use other illegal methods.
The permitted legal framework and our expert knowledge are sufficient to gain enough knowledge that indicates the
vulnerability of a system.
